Continuous learning has been considered essential for companies to keep their workforce responsive to changes in markets, whether structural or technological. Continuous training strengthens workforce retention in the organization and contributes significantly to achieving organizational objectives. In this context, the objective of this research is to highlight the adherence of a corporate university’s processes to the principles of corporate universities identified in the knowledge management literature. This study is applied in nature, with a qualitative approach and an exploratory objective. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The results show that the training processes and actions developed at the corporate university studied are not fully adherent to the principles found in the literature, while also confirming that its processes meet and adapt to the needs of the market in which the organization operates.
