In the past, life required practical learning in stages (planting, hunting, preserving food, protecting crops), and through this, people learned techniques, developed patience, resilience, and wisdom. Nowadays, technology offers conveniences and shortcuts that reduce the need for effort, such as transportation apps, abbreviated communication, and the use of artificial intelligence to produce academic papers, emails, books, compose music, etc., without study, effort, or dedication. This scenario raises concerns about the loss of the value of process, which is fundamental for human learning and growth.
